The BTC held their 2009 Annual General Meeting at the HB Studios Sports Centre on Saturday November 28, 2009. Minutes have been sent to all of the current BTC members.
The new, 2010 BTC Executive is:

- Treasurer : Tom Rogers
- Secretary : Christine Chase
