The club’s second Open Swim start on Sunday April 19 and runs for 9 weeks from 6-7pm at emOcean in Lunenburg.
We try to have the following lane assignment:
- 1- open
- 2 – following a program (warm-up, drills., main set, cooldown)
- 3 – faster swimmers
The cost is : $50 for all 9 swims or $6.50/swim
We will also have one-on-one assistance available by experienced instructors Andrew and Caitlin Cormier for six weeks (May 10, 17, 24, 31, Jun 7, 14). It would be of interest to beginners looking for basic swim instruction or experienced swimmers looking for help with their swim form. There is no additional charge for the 30 minute sessions.
