Brick -- bike/run -- at the Fieldhouse
Date : Tuesdays until April 28, 2009
Time : 6-8pm
Location : HB Studios Sports Centre (Fieldhouse), Bridgewater, Nova Scotia
Cost : fee is for the use of the Fieldhouse track — $2/visit, no charge if you have a Fieldhouse pass
Description : an informal bike – run workout. A good opportunity for interval work.
Notes:
- open to everyone
- participate at your own risk
- this is not a Bridgewater Triathlon Club practice
- the BTC has 3 bike trainers available for the use of members
