Coached Swim#1 [ more ]
- 12 weeks – Wednesday - Jan to Apr
- minimum of 10, maximum of 12
- cost per person : $100
- objective : building your base
Open Swim#1 [ more ]
- 12 weeks – Sunday – Jan to Apr
- cost per person : $70 or $6.50 per swim
- objective: practice Wednesday night sessions at your own pace
Coached Swim#2 [ more ]
- 10 weeks – Wednesday – Apr to Jun
- minimum of 10, maximum of 12
- cost per person : $85
- objective: preparation for the race season
Open Swim#2 [ more ]
- 9 weeks – Sunday – Apr to Jun
- minimum of 10, maximum of 12
- cost per person : $50 or $6.50 per swim
- objective: practice for the Wednesday night sessions at your own pace
Tri-camp [ more ]
