Route: Bridgewater – east Lahave to Riverport – 11:45am ferry – lunch at Lahave Bakery – Crousetown to Winery – Bridgewater
Difficulty: moderate
Notes: a bit of a ‘tour’ with an hour long ride to start, catch the ferry in Lahave from the east to the west, bit of a break at the Lahave Bakery, onto the winery in Petite for a tour (maybe even a little sample) and then back to Bridgewater via Fancy Lake.

This is supposed to be fun … we don’t ride if it is unsafe (rain, snow, etc.) Thanks to the Bridgewater Triathlon Club (BTC) for letting us post this update on their list/website … however, these rides are not in any way associated with the BTC.
Another fantastic ride — very warm in Bridgewater (+25C) with much cooler temperatures along the coast. The Bakery was as busy as we’ve seen it — food was excellent as usual. And if you haven’t been to the Petite Winery — do it! Very nicely done with a south facing deck overlooking the vineyards … easy to imagine you’re in France! And it was a relatively easy ride there and back.
